FORMAL NOTICE TO CEASE AND DESIST

To One and All,
You are hereby ordered to Cease and Desist the use of all Directed Energy Weapons, Neuro-weapons, Mind Control Weapons, Micro-wave frequency weapons, any and all hidden, classified, or clandestine weapons determined and defined by all world militaries as NO TOUCH TORTURE weapons, including the use of any or all broadcast frequencies that have the ability to affect my private living body and DNA.
You are also ordered to Cease and Desist the use of all V2K (Voice to Skull) – RNM (Remote Neural Monitoring and Remote Neural Manipulation) Weapons which have been used on my living and breathing mind and body for well over 40 plus years.
As of this very day, January 30th, 2025, the home I am currently occupying is under a full direct and hidden influence by very painful military grade attack weapons! These weapons are effectively causing my body and brain to react as if they are being fried in a microwave and are resulting in great dis ease and monumental distress of an immediate nature.
NO ONE ON EARTH HAS THE LEGAL RIGHT TO TORTURE A LIVING AND BREATHING MAN FROM A DISTANCE
If this on going and continuous heinous action does not stop, I will hold every actor, every man and woman, private contractor, agent or agency, corporation or business group, government or military that knew of and took part in these actions as FULLY and TOTALLY ACCOUNTABLE and RESPONSIBLE for this direct attack on my life and will treat this ongoing event as an ATTEMPTED MURDER.
In addition to seeking full monetary restitution from each individual actor that is currently involved for all 40 years of torment and torture I have experienced, I will also take names of every single being that had complicity in these actions and events directly to the Throne of God and beg for their damnation!
