Well, nothing like asking for “permission” to do something that you’ve already done 50 years ago!

But hey…, why not make it sound like the idea is totally new…, get permission…, and then when all of the UNDERGROUND TUNNELS are discovered…., you’ve got a “record” of asking for them, and can “pretend” they are totally new!
