In this interview, Daryl James talks about the problems that arise because so many military people in the SSP (Secret Space Program) are TIME TRAVELING back and forth in time (so often and constantly) that they can’t remember what events are happening currently, and sometimes fail to keep them straight in their minds because they forget what decade they are in.
Many times they forget that other people they are talking with do not know what they know about the future and make mistakes.
