I’m guessing but could it be that nancy is getting confused with what Donald Trump is saying and it is making her confused and she is going over her notes to try to grasp onto and get some clarity (not going to happen) on the situation?
Okay, so what I heard is that TRUMP…, INTENTIONALLY GAVE PELOSI a paper copy of his SOTU speech that did not contain everything he planned on Saying! Thus…, when ever he went off script…, she would scramble through the entire paper copy of the speech – looking for what he was saying…, but it wasn’t there – intentionally.
Thus…, SHE WAS VERY CONFUSED!

Gday Bradley, I see you have taken a screenshot and circled confusion and linked it to Nancy Pelosi holding her notes. I watched the SOTU and re-read your post link. I get that there are factions vying for control and because of that nothing gets done. I tried to make the connection but I am not comprehending what you are trying to convey. It must be important, could you please elaborate. I would really like to understand!
