NEUROWEAPONS ARE STILL A DEVELOPING TECHNOLOGY – BUT MOST OF THE KINKS WERE WORKED OUT DECADES AGO…

The effectiveness of D.A.R.P.A.’s Neuro-weapons Attack Platform (over the last 40 to 50 years) has been tested and retested on many people from all over the world. 

It appears as if the D.O.D. gave cart blanche permission to the mad scientists working for D.A.R.P.A. to use human test subjects in order to see what “tricks”, “tactics”, and “methods” of MIND CONTROL worked the very best on a variety of test subjects.

They wanted to see if they could get normal people to do things that were irrational (even criminal) by planting the thoughts into their minds to do those things (and punishing them if they did not) with NO TOUCH TORTURE

The reason they used so many (in the millions) of people from all over the world was that they NEVER expected any of the test subjects to survive!  

In fact, they were counting on disposing of (killing) the test subject right from the very beginning so that there would never be any evidence of a crime having been committed once they were done with the test subject and all of the data they wanted had been collected.

THIS IS CALLED PREMEDITATED MURDER

From the very moment any American (or a civilian from some other country in the world) had been “selected” to be a beta test of D.A.R.P.A.’s mad scientists – they were expected to die in the end so that there were no loose ends and the truth of what had been done to them did not come out. 

Therefore every single man and woman that used this technology had to be willing to commit and be okay with murder.

I know this is the absolute truth because the OPERATORS who are still working on me every single day with this evil technology are DESPERATE to get me to kill myself or to simply just die! 

They are very tired of having to work on me after many decades of endless torment and are terrified of what I will tell the public (and the courts) if they were to ever quit TORTURING and TORMENTING my mind and my body for just even one single day.

They know that they fucked up by choosing me because I had the Holy Spirit with me and also had God’s Holy Angels protecting me from the very start.

Dr. Robert Duncan was NOT joking when he said that the ultimate test of the weapons effectiveness was to see if the operator that had hacked your mind could get you to KILL yourself.

WORLD GOVERNMENTS – WORLD MILITARIES – D.A.R.P.A. – and the D.O.D. would have you believe that this weapons platform is something brand new and is not really up and running yet.  

THEY ARE LYING

They are putting out many videos now (admitting what they are attempting to do) but which talks about these weapons as if they are not fully developed yet and then discusses what they “THINK” they will be able to do with it soon. 

This is a massive PSY-OP  in order to give the general public the idea that this technology has NOT been in development and the testing stages for 40 or 50 years already – and so therefore they are apparently trying to pretend that no one could have been killed by it (YET).

THIS IS THE MILITARY AND THE DEEP STATE COVERING THEIR ASSES WITH LIES – CONS – DECEIT – AND PRETENSE….

Furthermore – if you watch the video above – they are telling you what they plan on doing with it now that it is FULLY up and running. 

They plan to SCAN YOUR BRAIN constantly to see what you are / were thinking or doing recently to see if you followed every single one of their ridiculous statutes and codes.  They are going to do it in such a way that YOUR OWN MIND will tattle on you just so they can use their “Satanic Court  System” t0 PUT YOU IN JAIL if you are not being a fully obedient slave to every single one of their whims.

Now, I wrote about this idea before. 

Some of the TARGETED INDIVIDUALS in the early beta-tests (like me) just did not want to “self-kill” and used every ounce of will and strength they had in them every single day just to survive the torment inside their minds! 

And so, over the years, the Deep State had to develop a secondary way to get TARGETED INDIVIDUALS out of the way and to keep them from telling others what was being done to them – and this was to use their fully SATANIC COURT SYSTEM of JUDGES and PROSECUTORS to put the innocently targeted human beings into JAIL just to keep them quiet.

So, if they could not covertly murder their TARGET – then they had to be willing to create false charges and illegally put their TARGET into jail.  This is why the entire legal system here in America went ROGUE!  It had to!  There are now so many Targets that are not killed and did not die – that entire legal system has to be willing to put ANYONE into jail for any reason just to protect the GUILTY!

WHEN IT COMES TO TARGETED INDIVIDUALS THAT JUST WON’T DIE – I GUESS THE ANSWER IS ALL OF THEM…

There is no longer a “justice system” here in America! 

Instead, there is a TARGET DISPOSAL SYSTEM which creates “crimes” out of thin air in order to get inconvenient people out of the way and into JAIL just so they can’t harm the guilty with their TRUTH.

This is the very compromised legal system that Donald Trump fell afoul of here in America.   By the time it got to him – it had already been utterly compromised for at least a decade or two.   Which means that really innocent people were being sent to JAIL on the whims of the SATANIC COURT SYSTEM for quite some time BEFORE they even tried to use it on the likes of Donald Trump.

CONCLUSION:

The people using the MIND HACKING TECHNOLOGIES are not only criminals – they are utterly DEMONIC and need to be hung!  They are not fit to live with the rest of us and have committed the worst and most heinous crimes on the innocent that can be committed.

Every last one of them must be arrested and sent to GITMO immediately before justice can be said to have been done.  Anything less than this is pure evil and will be reported directly to God’s Holy Throne.
