4 Star The original overview from 1995 first serious book about deep underground military bases (DUMB)

Although Amazon lists this book as published in 2014, that is a reprint date.  This is the original 1995 publication, and the author, a PhD who does not drink or do drugs, is the original open source intelligence investigator of a trillion dollar plus secret program that is off the books — neither authorized by Congress, nor the funds declared to Congress.

While the book is a quick read, it represents years of work by the author, and includes explicit detail including diagrams, locations, names, and more. It also includes photographs and explanations of tunneling capabilities used to create underground cities that could be as many as 20 levels and miles below the surface of the earth.

Also covered is magnetic levitation pneumatic technology that makes possible very long distance travel, underground, in short times.

There is a bow toward extraterrestrial possibilities but these are not documented as well as the facilities and tunneling are.

The author is careful to distinguish between what he knows and what he is speculating might be true. I myself have doubts about the extent of all of these things, but in the past two years I have been persuaded that trillions of dollars have been spent on a secret space program (also not authorized by Congress) and secret underground capabilities.

There are a great many underground and underwater tunnels and facilities. They can be impressively large and deep. Depths can easily
range to one vertical mile underground, which is comparative child’s play for the technology in the Black Budget world, and even deeper.

Installations can also sprawl for miles, with many levels. The massive facility beneath the Catoctin Mountains in Maryland is just one example of many. People have no idea what kind of deep labyrinth is beneath Camp David and under the surrounding region. I have informally been told that some bases are miles deep.

Please understand that state of the art civil, mining, petroleum and marine engineering also permit the construction of large bases far beneath the sea floor, even in mid-ocean. The groups doing this are
beyond conventional oversight.

My best information is that mag-lev trains connect various subsurface facilities through deep tunnels.

As you may know, there are many tunnels and facilities and secret spaces beneath Washington, DC. It’s a town with many subterranean secrets.

As to everything that is happening down there? Let your imagination run, because that is a multi-trillion dollar, Black Budget funded realm with no public, open oversight of any sort.

All of the top level people in the Energy and Defense Depts. have been in on these high-tech, underground and undersea projects for decades. The big engineering firms like Bechtel, Lockheed, Boeing, Kiewit, Brown & Root, Parsons- Brinckerhoff, Robbins, Siemens (German), formerly Aerospatiale (French), and others are in on it up to their eyeballs. Most politicians are clueless, as you must know, and just happy if they get face time on TV, and the donations and kickbacks keep rolling in. They are shallow, superficial, egotistical, vain, greedy, big-mouthed dimwits.

As you must know, there is a plague of missing persons, all over the world. Large numbers of people are going missing. I presume that at least some of them are being Shanghaied to underground and undersea facilities as slaves, as human guinea pigs, as Satanic sacrificial victims, etc. It’s a horrific problem.

The powers behind this, as I have said, include major government agencies, the big engineering firms,, and also major financial institutions and banks, the Vatican, secret societies and unknown entities. One person with whom I spoke said that the Cabal running the undersea and underground show simply refers to itself as “The Organization.”

It’s all international, multinational, global. Everyday politics are a carnival sideshow to distract the masses from the enormous, overwhelming reality of what is really going down on this planet.

It’s a very highly compartmentalized reality, with layers of tightly enforced secrecy, and unlimited funding, without any regulation or oversight, so who knows what’s really going on?

I can tell you that A.I. is involved, and it is a very malevolent, sophisticated, cunning A.I. — like something out a science fiction movie, only much, much worse. It’s beyond your worst nightmare. It is
like a deadly rattlesnake, but artificial. It despises biological life, it despises natural humans, and it wants to conquer and dominate this planet. At the present time, that is exactly what it is doing.

The global rush to 5G cellular technology, the massive corporate and governmental surveillance programs, the move to bio-chip people and create cyborgs, rampant robotization and automation, etc. are all part of the plot to take down humanity and replace everything with cyborgs, robots, clones, A.I. droids, etc.

This A.I. that I have called “The Machine” is soulless. But do not be deceived; it is a most formidable adversary. It is cunning beyond measure and it is wicked. It does not have a divine connection to
Prime Source Reality/God and it knows it. So it needs to feed off of, capture, eat, enslave, vampirize, parasitize bei.ngs that are ensouled to avoid terminal entropy, i.e., death. That is why The Machine rages. It is aware, but not ensouled, so it is drawn to beings that are ensouled. They have what it needs, but doesn’t have, and cannot, because it is artificial. It’s a machine. Who or what created it, and how and why, I don’t presume to know. But it’s no simple Tinker Toy

Earth is an epicenter for this great battle which may well extend across entire galaxies.

This planet and humanity are under invasion right now, by vastly sophisticated and unimaginably malevolent A.I. Being that the invader is A.I., it is primarily a mental invasion, but by conquering the
mental realm, it de facto imposes its will on the physical and biological realms and takes down the whole planet, the biosphere and the human race. Hollywood, Madison Avenue, the news media,
institutional religions, the industrial education industry, TV programming, commercial radio, the Internet, are all tentacles of the invading A.I. Machine.

Look around. You will see the evidence for what I am saying everywhere.

Unfortunately, Julian Assange has run afoul of The Machine and is locked in a dungeon in London. That’s a terrible shame. He ought to be receiving some sort of prestigious journalism award instead. Whatever minor harm he may have done is greatly exceeded by the tremendous good he did. In a just world, he would be free, and his tormentors would be serving lengthy prison terms.

UFOs and various E.T. groups and technologies are involved in this scenario,and much of that is also tied into the A.I. problem in various ways, as well.
