The idea is not to charter the roots of anything considered ‘New Age’, but more importantly the New Age ‘movement’. Some may think it’s just a harmless biproduct of a society looking for more poignant answers to life, but once you dig a little deeper you will see that there always has been attempts (and failures) of instilling a one world religious/spiritual leader/teacher, and still is to this very day. The whole ‘movement’ is awash with utter frauds who will insist that everyone of your deficiencies is linked with an Ascended Master’s anal gland and quite possibly will convince you of the need to pay them silly amounts of money so they can ‘teach’ you the error of your ways and show you how to bring about your ‘light’ body to remotely heal the dead fungus on Ghandi’s etheric left foot. Some are so deluded with the brainwashing subservient beliefs of the new age, that they will go as far as saying that a war in which hundreds, if not [Hundreds of] thousands of innocent men, women and children are murdered, is all part of the divine plan and that everything is going accordingly (To who’s plan?) Dr. Carl Raschke, professor of Religious Studies at the University of Denver describes New Age practices as the spiritual version of AIDS; it destroys the ability of people to cope and function. He describes it as ‘essentially, the marketing end of the political packaging of occultism…a breeding ground for a new American form of fascism. (Ibid. Religious Tolerance.org) At the top of the same page, the author of the article states: “Madame Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, Annie Besant, Alice Bailey, Edgar Cayce [Who david Wilcock claims to be the re-incarnation of] Alister Crowley, Benjamin Creme—are the founders and perpetrators of today’s New Age Movement, false messiahs, antichrist hoaxes, and, in general, a whole lot of gibberish, deception and distraction”. The article can be read in full here.. http://www.the-tribulation-network.c…is_not_pt5.htm I came to the same conclusion on 5 out of 6 mentioned before I read that, but never considered Cayce. Though in light of what Wilcock has been spouting lately (And building up to slowly for a while) I should’ve seen that straight off. Especially seeing as he [Cayce] is one of the biggest names in the history of The New Age Movement. I got into Wilcock for a while and he had some good info at first, but he is very questionable nowadays. Some of what leaves his mouth is either based on complete naivety or is a knowing false lead. He appeals massively to a certain age group, and you have to wonder whether if it’s simply an exercise in spiritual marketing. It [The Movement] is littered with so many different Philosophies, modes of Healing, Ascended Masters, Angels, Rituals, Guru’s and Gods, that it’s a complete wonder that anyone can make the slightest bit of sense out of it all. Indeed, what is ever meant to be understood? Well, when you get to the heart of it, you can clearly see that it is a worship to a certain set of entities that have links throughout our known history. You only have to research the names of the ‘Ascended Masters’ to see a link weaved through the tapestry of our societies. People might argue that The New Age is quintessentially quasi religious, but I think it’s one of the most hardcore religions we’ve known. The potential is actually frightening. Is it really just a co-incidence that in the last 100 years or so that we’ve had more spiritual teachers, leaders, guru’s, guides etc. etc. than at any other time in known history? The whole 2012 scenario is a complete and utter set-up and the same powers that have sought to keep certain information hidden have slowly dripped a diluted version into the mainstream to manufacture this false awakening that is the New Age, or the Age of Aquarius, whilst their ‘agents’ bend and spin any truth and add their own flavour of religious fanatacism to the mix to either dis-credit it or make it sound so complicated [and add multi multi layers to it’s already creepy cloak] that to learn it would require a great deal of effort and devotion. A physical lifetimes worth. Leaving you absolutely no time what so ever for genuine spiritual growth, yet convincing you that you are on the road to ‘Ascension’. Sneaky.. And then we have the likes of ‘Indigo Children’, ‘Star Children’, ‘Crystal Children’, ‘Star Seeds’ Ad Nauseam.. Who are no doubt set to be the next generation of New Age religious fanatics and take it to a level beyond what is worth thinking about. On one site where they are promoting the whole Indigo Child dross, they stated that “To be evolved, is to be removed from the negativity”. Negativity of what? Self deluding bullshit like that quote maybe? On that same page are some other nuggets of wisdom. Try not to laugh too hard.. “Remember that as one gets older, one must focus on the 3D environment, higher frequency consciousness slowing down”. [Que?] “They may not have dates for a transition of consciousness, but can they intuit that it will happen”. [Yeah Mum, the world’s gonna end. Can I have a new bike?] “Get away from abuse and power people who have control issues. Go where you are happy and laugh”. [In other words, don’t face up to these issues] “Did you grow up as a Star Child waiting to reunite with your ET family?” [In a nutshell, no] Then on the same page I came across something I’ve not heard before. They are called ‘The walk-ins and the wanderers’, and here’s what the site has to say on the matter: Quote:
http://www.crystalinks.com/childrensic.html Anyway, I remember watching a documentary on Indigo Children a while back, when some jumped up little girl of about 15 said “I think everyone is special, just that I’m a bit more special than the rest”. She’d obviously come to that conclusion with a bit of help. Also in the program was an ‘Indigo Adult’, and she had to be one of the scariest looking people I’d ever seen. She was the one who ‘decided’ whether the children were special, and you could see the parents of these children were so desperate for her approval of their kids. I couldn’t work out if she was just playing along with this mind deluding trash or whether she actually believed it herself. Either way there is damamge being done. But how could you possibly point the finger at a child that has probably had to deal with this all of their lives. It is absolute brain washing idiocy and mind control, yet people are freely allowed to get away with it as it fits in with the collective acceptance of what is good and bad in society at large. It’s nothing short of mental abuse in my opinion, yet we fawn at their emergance. Talk about ‘in plain sight’. But don’t dispair if you’re not an ‘Indigo Child’ as you can still be an ‘Indigo Adult’. Another page I found goes on to list the ‘symptoms’ to see if you’re actually an Indigo Adult. Taken from http://www.sunfell.com/adult.htm [My Commentary] Quote:
So I see that they have virtually every base covered and there are obviously people who fall for this tripe. It’s called emotional exploitation and the ‘New Age’ absolutely thrives on it. It couldn’t exist without it, simple.. Anyway, enough of that for now. Let’s have a tiny peak at how the ‘movement’ has progressed over the last century or so. There’s a lot more to be put in, but this just an overview of some of the influences that have pervaded the ‘New Age’. The term New Age was used as early as 1809 by William Blake who described a belief in a spiritual and artistic “New Age” in his preface to Milton: a Poem; it was a concept originally formed by another Christian mystic Emanuel Swedenborg in the 18th century. Some of the New Age Movement’s constituent elements appeared initially in 19th century metaphysical movements: Spiritualism, Theosophy, and New Thought; also, alternative medicine movements chiropractic and naturopathy. These movements in turn have roots in Transcendentalism, Mesmerism, Swedenborgianism, and various earlier Western esoteric or occult traditions, such as the hermetic arts of astrology, magic, alchemy, and kabbalah. The term New Age was used in this context in Madame Blavatsky’s book The Secret Doctrine, published in 1888. The “Secret Doctrine” of H.P. Blavatsky has been hailed universally as providing the basis for all the foundational teachings of the new age. From Gurdjieff to Ramtha, from Alan Watts to David Spangler, From Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung to Wassily Kandinsky and his many successors, from Alice Bailey to Edgar Mitchell, from Manly Palmer Hall to William Irwin Thompson, from Rudolf Steiner to John White, from Edgar Cayce to Ken Wilber (Pretty much a whose who of ‘New Age’ pioneers) careful research has shown that the Secret Doctrine’s approach to the perennial philosophy provides the scaffolding for the thrust of their work, and often for their main theses Blavatsky was synonamous with The *Theosophical Society, as it was called, and it, (TTS) espoused the abolishment of Christianity, Judaism and Islam, promoting the unity of other world religions. They claimed that their teachings were revealed by “spirit” or elemental guides. They emphasized heavily the evolution of a self deified, master aryan society, and a one world “new age” religion and social order. In 1911, it established a new organization called the Order of the Star in the East, in order to prepare the world for the aforementioned “coming”. Krishnamurti was named as its head, with senior Theosophists in various positions. Membership was open to anybody who accepted the doctrine of the coming of the World Teacher. Controversy erupted soon after, both within the Theosophical Society and without, in Hindu circles and the Indian press. *Theosophy is the name Blavatsky gave to that portion of knowledge that she brought from the masters to the world. It comes from the term ‘Theosophia’ used by the Neoplatonists to mean literally ‘knowledge of the divine’. It was in April 1909 that Krishnamurti first met C.W. Leadbeater, who claimed clairvoyance. During his forays to the Theosophical estate’s beach at the nearby Adyar river, Leadbeater had noticed Krishnamurti (who also frequented the beach with others), and was amazed by the “most wonderful aura he had ever seen, without a particle of selfishness in it”. This strong impression was notwithstanding Krishnamurti’s outward appearance, which, according to eyewitnesses, was pretty common, unimpressive, and unkempt. The boy was also considered “particularly dim-witted”; he often had “a vacant expression” that “gave him an almost moronic look”. Leadbeater remained “unshaken” that the boy would become “a great teacher”. Krishnamurti was soon thereafter declared by Leadbeater to be the current “vehicle” for Lord Maitreya, and schooled accord-ingly within the Theosophical ranks. Annie Besant, English Theosophist and Indian Political Leader travelled extensively in Great Britain and the United States with her protege, Jiddu Krishnamurti, whom she announced as the new Messiah — a claim he later renounced. Besant had met Blavatsky in 1887 and embraced Blavatsky’s beliefs, which seemed to ignite a religious awakening within her. The Theosophical Society split into two branches after Blavatsky’s death in 1891, with Annie Besant as president of one of them.. Krishnamurti’s image, as originally cultivated by the theosophists, “…was to be characterized by a well-polished exterior, a sobriety of purpose, a cosmopolitan outlook and an otherworldly, almost beatific detachment in his demeanor.” And in fact, “…All of these can be said to have characterised Krishnamurti’s public image to the end of his life.” It was apparently clear early on that he “…possessed an innate personal magnetism, not of a warm physical variety, but nonetheless emotive in its austerity, and inclined to inspire veneration.” However, as Krishnamurti was growing up, he showed signs of adolescent rebellion and emotional instability, chafing at the regimen imposed on him, and occasionally having doubts about the future prescribed him. [Blavatsky’s housekeeper, Emma Cutting, demonstrated] how she and HPB had made a doll together, which they … manipulated on a long bamboo pole in semi-darkness to pro-vide the Master’s alleged apparitions. Emma had also dropped “precipitated” letters on to Theosophical heads from holes in the ceiling, while her husband had made sliding panels and hidden entrances into the shrine room [adjoining HPB’s bedroom] to facilitate Blavatsky’s comings and goings and make possible the substitution of all the brooches, dishes and other objects that she used in her demonstrations [i.e., as purported materializations or “apports”]…. The Russian journalist V. S. Solovieff claimed to have caught [Blavatsky] red-handed with the silver bells which produced astral music [in séances]…. Blavatsky confessed to Solovieff quite bluntly that the phenomena were fraudulent, adding that one must deceive men in order to rule them. Hannah Newman, in an essay Called “Masters of the Blinding Light: What Jewish People Should Know About the New Age”, reminds us that Hitler kept a copy of Blavatsky’s ‘The Secret Doctrine’ by his bedside, ever since being introduced to its teachings by Dietrich Eckart and Karl Haushofer. These two pictures speak for themselves really..
Another player in the early New Age web is Alice Bailey. She was born on 16th June 1880 (As Alice LaTrobe Bateman) in Manchester, as the daughter of an engineer. After a cloistered upbringing she entered on a period of evangelical work with the British army, which took her to India. In 1907 she married Walter Evans, whom she had met while he was serving in the army in India, and they emigrated to America. In America she discovered the works of Madame Blavatsky and became active in the Theosophical Society. Blavatsky’s doctrine of occult Masters led her to identify a spirit that, she said, had guided her from the age of fifteen, with the Theosophical Kut Humi. In 1919 she said she was contacted by the spirit of another individual whom she called ‘the Tibetan’ and identified with the occult adept Djual Khool mentioned by Blavatsky. After some initial reluctance she agreed to be his amanuensis. The result was a series of books which she claims the Tibetan (whose name she spelt “Djwhal Khul”) dictated through an inner voice, and which she wrote down word for word. She also goes on to say: Quote:

(Alice Bailey, The Externalization of the Hierarchy, Pages 14, 511, 513) Crowley also insisted that he was contacted by the ‘Secret Chiefs/Masters’ and wrote books dictated to him by them. More than enough has been said about Crowley, so I’ll leave it at that. Beginning in 1959, [Benjamin Creme] was contacted by one of the “Ascended Masters,” who told him he had a mission to perform for the advancement of the Masters’ plan for humanity. Creme was instructed to prepare the way for the coming of one Lord Maitreya, a Master who would assume human form and begin preparing humanity for the advent of the Age of Aquarius — a sort of New Age millennium. The Aquarian Age would be a time of peace, plenty, perfect equality, and global governance under the Masters, via the United Nations.” In mid-1957 he worked with a group which claimed contact with the Space Brothers, and discovered his ability to transmit energies from the Space People. In 1958 Creme entered into close contact and began to work for the Space Brothers. Creme also worked briefly with contactee George Adamski, vouching for the authenticity of Adamski’s contacts from his own experiences. By 1974, Creme and his small group, received a series of overshadowing messages by Maitreya, which launched him on his career to affirm his coming. It’s revealing to note that Creme also mentions that his group would often make contact with Maitreya in ceremonies that were held on the full moon, and at various times of Astrological significance. In the preface to his book, Creme states that his career in the occult began through a study of Wilhelm Reich’s work and the use of the orgone accumulator. He became “consciously aware of, and extremely sensitive to, energy currents.” He continues in the preface of The Reappearance of Christ, “I also began to read. I read, among others, the Theosophical works of H.P. Blavatsky and Leadbeater; Gurdjieff, Ouspensky and Nicoll; Paul Brunton; Patanjali; the Alice Bailey and Agni Yoga teachings; Swamis Vivekananda and Yogananda; Sri Ramana Maharishi, whose path of self-knowledge I sought to follow.” A small summary of forecasts from Creme’s Maitreya on our future can be found in the archives at share international (Creme’s publication).. Here are some snippets. Quote:

The rest of it can be found here.. http://www.share-international.org/a…/Mt_future.htm So again, when I speak of the New Age, I’m not simply referring to everything umbrellered under the term, but more specifically to the New Age ‘Movement’. If there are plans for a one world religion as some say there are, then the New Age is a fine candidate with its top down hierachial structure, saviour figures and pebble dashing of ready made Guru’s. But you see it’s more than that, because at the top of this very seedy pyramid that’s waiting to ‘save’ you, is a group of ‘alien’ beings living in the 5th dimension, named The Ashtar Command. The leader of The Ashtar Command, Sananda, aka Jesus, tells us of his role: Within this Earth sphere of activity I am the supreme commander over all of the Ashtar Command and its activities, and over the Ascended Masters of the Great White Brotherhood. (We’ll come to the rest of the Ascended Masters soon). Osho sums it up perfectly here. Quote:
Back to The Ashtar Command. Here is their ‘Mission Statement’.. Quote:
Ashtart (in ASCII spelling `Ashtart and often simplified to Ashtart), Hebrew or Phoenician עשתרת, Ugaritic ‘ttrt (Englished as ‘Attart or ‘Athtart), Akkadian Astartu (from dAs-tar-t ), Greek ¢ףפספח (Englished as Ast rt or Astarte) is a major northwest Semitic goddess cognate in name, origin and functions with the east Semitic goddess Ishtar. Ashtart was connected with fertility, sexuality, and war. Her symbols were the lion, the horse, the sphinx, the dove, and a star within a circle indicating the planet Venus. Pictorial representations often show her naked. Ishtar is the Akkadian counterpart to the Sumerian Inanna and to the cognate northwest Semitic goddess `Ashtart. Anunit, Astarte and Atarsamain are alternate names for Ishtar. Inanna, twin of Utu/Shamash, children of Nannar/Sin, first born on Earth of En.Lil. The first names given are Pleiadian-sumerian, the second name derives from the first Semetic people, the Akkadians. Adding an [sh] to a name is typical Akkadian, as Anu to Anush. The Ashtar Command is an etheric group of extraterrestrials, angels and lightbeings and millions of ‘starships’, so they tell us, working as coordinators of the activities of the spacefleet over the Western Hemisphere. (Any idea who looks after the Eastern Hemisphere anyone?) Under the spiritual guidance of Sananda (the Most Radiant One), the ascended master who walked the Earth incarnated as *Jesus the Christ, Ashtar, the commander of the galactic fleet and representative for the Universal Council of the Confederation of Planets (I preferred just plain old ‘Jesus’ myself) is currently engaged in Earth’s ascension-process. *I thought Sananda and Jesus were meant to be one and the same? (The Western Hemisphere is also used to specifically refer to the Americas (or the New World) and adjacent waters, while excluding other territories that lie geographically in the hemisphere (parts of Africa, Europe, Antarctica, and Asia) So as we see, throughout the New Age movement’s history is a splattering of Masters, ascended Masters and saviour figures here to save and lead us, and almost always [at one stage or another] claiming/claimed to be the re-incarnation of, or in touch with, earlier prophets. The Ashtar Command is quite open and blatant about this, clearly citing Sananda as the 5th dimensional Jesus. It fits in well with the times, especially now as we are bombarded with more and more ‘alien’ imagery and impending visitations from other worlds. The latest and most well known of these New World Leaders is *Maitreya, who has been popularized by Creme. Creme is the founder of Share International, formerly called the **Tara Center with its main office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Creme was inspired by the works of Blavatsky and Leadbeater; Gurdjieff, Ouspensky and Nicoll; Paul Brunton; Patanjali; the Alice Bailey and Agni Yoga teachings; Swamis Vivekananda and Yogananda; and Sri Ramana Maharishi, whom most, if not all, have had a hand in trying to create a one world religion and/or the promotion of one world leaders at one time/level or another. Leadbitter referred to Krishnamurti in the early 1900’s as the current “vehicle” for Lord Maitreya, so this is not a new phenomenom. And given Creme’s inspirations for his work, it is no coincidence that he has carried on the baton. *Maitreya (Sanskrit) or Metteyya (Pāli) is a future Buddha of this world in Buddhist eschatology. In some Buddhist literature, such as the Amitabha Sutra and the Lotus Sutra, he is referred to as Ajita Bodhisattva. So when Creme is referring to Maitreya, he is referring to him by title and not name. **In Hinduism, the Goddess Tara (Sanskrit: Ta-ra) meaning “star” is the second of the Dasa (ten) Mahavidyas or “Great Wisdom [Goddesses]” Here’s what Creme himself has to say about the re-emergence of Maitreya. (Me in brackets) Quote:
Day of Declaration Quote:
–Message was taken from the Share International website in the year 2000. A slightly different version remains online. I also cut it back slightly to highlight certain things. Then we hear a little about his monthly magazine.. Quote:
He also confirms a sighting around 1988. “According to Benjamin Creme, spokesman for the Maitreya and director of the Tara Center, the Maitreya appeared in Nairobi, Kenya to a group of about 6,000 worshipers. “On June 11, he appeared suddenly in the crowd and spoke to them in their own language, Swahili, for a time. Benjamin Creme confirmed that this appearance was truly Maitreya the Christ in one of his many guises” (Network News, June/July 1988, p. 2).” Michael Shermer had this to say about what he calls Maitreyanism, in the Scientific American, Jan, 2005: Quote:
Back to Sananda aka Jesus for a minute. According to Candace Frieze, who is supposedly one of the main channellers for the Ashtar crew, Sanat (Satan, Santa) Kumara is the father of Sananda. (I thought it was God). Here Sananda tells us a little of his Father’s ‘job’. Something of interest to mention, about the Kumara past. Under the leadership of my father, Sanat Kumara, our group extricated ourselves, from the inside without help from others, from the matrix of another world long ago. This is why my father’s *committed to Earth in the first place, he is a survivor of such a system as Earth’s, albeit a little different circumstance. Earth is a tougher job, and needs outside assistance. *I changed it from commitment. A quick research on Sanat Kumara will keep this seedy little story nicely linked together. According to some of the teachings derived from modern Theosophy, i.e. the teachings of Alice A. Bailey,C. W. Leadbeater, Guy Ballard, Elizabeth Clare Prophet and Geraldine Innocente, Sanat Kumara is an advanced being who is regarded the Lord or Regent of Earth and of humanity. It is believed by some that he is the founder of the Great White Brotherhood, which is composed of Ascended Masters and volunteers from other worlds who have joined together to advance spiritual evolution on Earth. The headquarters for this “Brotherhood of Light” was established in a physical city called Shamballa (Theosophists and most New Age authors spell Shamballa with two l’s; Buddhists use one l; some New Age authors add an “h” at the end.), now located on the etheric plane over the Gobi Desert in Mongolia. And here are little snippets of a Message from Sanat Kumara himself, transcribed by Jelaila Starr who claims the information came to her over a period of months after dreams involving Kumara. It was written on August 15, 2000. She also claims to be a channeller and is the author of the book ‘We are the Nibiruans’. Going back to Maitreya and What Creme said earlier: He has been expected for generations by all of the major religions. Christians know Him as the Christ, and expect His imminent return. Jews await Him as the Messiah; Hindus look for the coming of Krishna; Buddhists expect Him as Maitreya Buddha; and Muslims anticipate the Imam Mahdi or Messiah. Diana Cooper, Author of ‘A Little Light on Angels’, has this to say on her website: For 2,500 years Lord Maitreya was deputy World Master under Sanat Kumara, who has now returned to Venus. Lord Maitreya has taken on the position of Lord of the World, responsible not just for Earth but other star systems. He is the head of the White Brotherhood and Order of *Melchizedek. As overlord for the entire solar system, he is here to steer us through the Age of Aquarius. Past lives include Gautama Buddha and Krishna. Etheric retreats are the Cave of a Thousand Buddha’s in China near Dunwan, the Silk Road in Lanchow and the Confucius Temple in Taiwan. *The name Melchizedek has its root in two Hebrew words, “melek” (Moloch?) – meaning “King” (strongs ref:4428) and “tzedek” (see tzadik) – meaning “righteous(ness)” (strongs ref:6666). Literally then, “The King of Righteousness” or “The Righteous King”. In Genesis, Melchizedek is also referred to as king of Salem, (traditionally identified with Jerusalem), and priest of El Elyon. El-Elyon can be translated as most high god, understood as a reference to the sole God of the Old Testament. So Maitreya is Head Of The Brotherhood Of ‘Melchizedek’ (Righteous Moloch?) and is also known throughout history as Jesus, The Messiah of the Jews, Krishna, Maitreya Buddha, Gautama Buddha and Imam Mahdi, who in the 5th dimension is also known as Sananda who is the son of Kumara – A supposed reptillian Ascended Master by all accounts.. |
