THE TARGETED INDIVIDUAL – AN INTRODUCTION TO A TERRIBLE CRIME THAT IS BEING LARGELY IGNORED
This is a huge subject.
Yet it is also a subject that very few truth seekers or alternative media interviewers want to talk about. It is an absolute mystery to me as to why so few want to investigate something that is this evil and has destroyed so many lives!
This is a hidden subject and has (in my opinion) been secretly labeled as taboo by almost every video pundit out there and until this subject is addressed properly none of them deserve the “GOOD INTERVIEWERS SEAL OF APPROVAL”
This being said, I wonder if it is even their fault?
There seems to be a strange and unexplainable lack of curiosity out there about a very serious problem happening in real time. It is this lack of curiosity which defies any rational explanation except that MASSIVE MIND CONTROL is being broadcast across the air waves in order to cover it up.
Hundreds and hundreds of Alternative Media Pundits have skipped over and skirted this issue for no logical reason – seemingly not wanting to open up what they sub-consciously know is one of humanities GREATEST SINS.
It is absurd to me that no one wants to investigate this – and yet the extreme power of mind control and other black magic spells that have been cast upon humanity has apparently forced their otherwise rational minds to pretend that this serious issue does not exist.
Let me explain.
Mind Control and Hypnosis are very closely related.
Anyone who can be hypnotized can also be Mind Controlled. There are, however, many people alive and living here on the Earth who just can not be easily hypnotized. If they can not be hypnotized – then they can not be Mind Controlled! I am one of those rare people who can just not be hypnotized and am therefore not easily Mind Controlled!
WITHOUT HYPNOSIS OR MIND CONTROL – THE ONLY WAY TO “CONTROL” SOMEONE LIKE ME IS TO DO IT WITH TORTURE TECHNOLOGY THAT IS BEYOND YOUR IMAGINATION TO UNDERSTAND
This kind of technology if used, however, is an instant and immediate COSMIC LEVEL CRIME under Universal Law.
GETTING BACK TO THE TRUTH SEEKING VIDEO MAKERS WHO ARE IGNORING THIS
It appears to me that talking about the torture of very young children in deep underground bases is more palatable to most of these pundits and researchers than taking about TARGETED INDIVIDUALS.
Can anyone explain this logically? I see only two possible reasons for this!
- Extreme Mind Control and Mass “Forgetfulness” that is actively being broadcast across the airwaves to cover this up and to keep it hidden!
- Sub-conscious terror and shame at what is being done to millions of innocent people world wide.
One of the reasons for keeping this crime extremely well hidden (in my opinion) is that anyone who has done any research or study into this problem has discovered that almost all of the torture and torment is coming from our most trusted Agencies and Institutions.
There is massive Government and Corporate Involvement in this which includes:
- Telecommunications Corporations (Phone Companies and Internet Providers)
- Satellite Providers
- Computer Software Engineers and Program Writers
- Senators and Congressmen on Intelligence Committees
- All of the Three letter Agencies and Agents world wide
- The Military
- DARPA
- NASA
- The Secret Space Program
- Local Law Enforcement (Police and Sheriffs)
- Lawyers, Judges, and even Attorney Generals
- Doctors, Nurses, and Health Care Workers
- Civilian Contractors
- Private Detectives and their employees…
- Etc, Etc, Etc…..

The warning above is telling (in plain and simple terms) that anyone who uses these methods or technology is in a STATE OF WAR with anyone that they use it on – period. It does not matter who “ordered them” to do it.
What most people (The Sheeple) do not understand – civilians for example – is that if and when they participate in this program and use it on other civilians – they have effectively and personally DECLARED WAR on the people that they are targeting – and for this reason alone they can be treated as WAR CRIMINALS IN MILITARY COURTS and not as civilian contractors.
Now remember WHO we are talking about here. Please review the “list” above!
All of these listed men and women – if they are either using – OR – just supporting and aiding in the use of such technologies and advanced weaponry that are targeting innocent civilians have personally DECLARED WAR upon those people and thus can be held and tried as WAR CRIMINALS under MILITARY TRIBUNALS.
Naturally, not everyone who is employed inside of these groups does this kind of thing. But there is a rather large and hidden portion of each group on the list above that takes on these hideous tasks, and does them for an obscene amount of compensation.
LITTLE DO THEY KNOW WHAT GOD HIMSELF HAS IN STORE FOR THEM
It appears that when most researchers find out that there is real torment and torture being done by people who work inside of these listed groups (on innocent people) – their minds immediately go into a type of shocked state where they just can’t admit to themselves this could possibly be happening.
It is like finding out that someone very close to you – a husband, a wife, or a child had just committed the greatest crime ever.
Your mind immediately goes into “protect mode”– and not protection for the victim, but rather for the perpetrator! You don’t want to see the “perpetrator” – someone who you had so much respect for – uncovered and revealed in his or her crime, and so you say nothing, and you question NOTHING.
The entire world (for some unknown reason) has turned into Sgt. Schultz.
But there is something much larger I feel hiding just beneath the surface.
Could it be that there is a massive level of sub-conscious SHAME that prevents almost everyone from opening up this box just yet. I mean, let’s face it – why isn’t this issue being talked about?
I believe that on a sub-conscious level, almost every human being on Earth knows just how badly these good men and women that were being “targeted” were treated – and they also know that they ignored the signs and the indications that this was happening – even to loved ones and people that they knew.
Thus, they are ashamed of themselves. What else could it be?
In their sub-conscious minds this is a SIN AGAINST GOD that they just don’t want to look at yet.
CONCLUSION TO THIS INTRODUCTION:
To date – very few in the field of the “truth seeking” Alternative Media has taken on this monumental issue and talked about it more than just a few sentences or a single paragraph in passing.
It’s not that there aren’t huge numbers of potential interviewers out there. And it is not that there are not thousands of TARGETED INDIVIDUALS to talk to or interview. They are everywhere – at least the ones that have survived – because so many were either killed or committed suicide!
I MYSELF AM ONE – plus I am in contact with three or four others by e-mail constantly.
So where are all the interviews on this issue? I appears as if no one really wants to know…
NOW THAT THIS RATHER LENGTHY INTRO IS OVER – LET’S GET TO THE MEAT AND POTATOES OF THIS CRITICAL ISSUE
WHY TARGET ANYONE IN THIS WAY? WHAT IS THE “REAL” REASON FOR IT? WHO REALLY WAS BEHIND IT ALL?
For the answers to these questions we have to start looking at the over arching agenda! We can’t leave anything out and it all goes back to Time Travel – and the “war” for Earth’s Future. It had everything to do with Off Worlders and those people on Earth who sold out to them in order to PROVOKE or shift the trajectory of our history from Time Line One – over to Time Line Two!
THE POCKET REALITY/POCKET UNIVERSE – WHAT IS IT?
Imagine little bubble realities outside of the main universe. They are often found or created by advanced technologies or magical forces as little places to be used at the will of those who created them. Prisons, storage facilities, places where they alone can rule, places where they can hide things from the main universe, all that kind of fun stuff.
IF renegade aliens were going to commit Cosmic Level Crimes against the Laws of GOD – then where would they try to hide their operations such that even beings on much higher levels – 5th and 6th dimensions for instance – would not be able to easily see what they were doing?
According to Gene Decode, our own Military (the dark part that was working with the Illuminati and the Orion Group) had extremely large facilities that had been created and were very well hidden inside of Pocket Realities.
He mentioned this in one of our interviews when I brought up RNM and “Targeted Individuals” and we discussed the people who were tormenting them with V2K (Voice to Skull) Technology.
Gene also said that these very large facilities were set up just like the massive call centers that any number of major corporations use here on Earth to service their clientele world-wide.
In other words – tens of thousands of computer terminals set up in large buildings (hidden inside of Pocket Universes) that were connected to large video screens and extremely advanced equipment with broadcast capabilities that were being run by real people and who were very obviously involved in secret Off World Operations.
These “Off World Operations” involved highly criminal activities that were (and still are) being done at the behest of some of the most wanted and despicable beings in the entire Galaxy.
I also happen to know that these operations started in the Deep Underground Military Bases – (especially Antarctica) and were moved “OFF WORLD” once the issue got too hot to handle and the illegality of it all went through the roof! They had to hide this at all costs and so they moved these massive operations into Pocket Realities!

TARGETING INDIVIDUALS WAS PART OF THE “ALIEN” TIME TRAVEL AGENDA
This very fact – makes it a COSMIC LEVEL CRIME because what the ORION GROUP was doing was a Cosmic Cheat and a Universal Crime. This means that every man and woman on Earth that participated in “targeting” individuals is guilty of Universal Crimes against humanity. I can’t make this any more clear.
Now, no one can say for certain whether the people working inside of these massive call centers located in pocket universes are all military people or not, because civilians working for major Earth Corporations could also be working there as well.
Its not hard to find morally deficient human beings that will sign non-disclosure agreements and for massive amounts of money – travel off world and then do crimes from off world just like they would do them here. People working in the 3 letter agencies come to mind here.

The ORION GROUP, THE DRACO, and the J-RODS had to use extreme caution here. They had to do this particular operation in a very hidden and underhanded way!
NO ONE COULD KNOW – BECAUSE IT WAS “COSMICALLY” ILLEGAL.
The reason for this extreme secrecy is that what they were now doing was an EXTREME CHEAT according to the Cosmic Rule Book. The reason that it was a cheat was that the evolution of a planet and its people had to happen without interference – and any outcome for the planet had to be a result of an honest tally of what all of the people on Earth wanted, and had to be the result of their FREEWILL CHOICES AND ACTIONS.
By literally attacking and taking out the most LOVING SOULS on the Earth – these rogues were removing a huge percentage of the positive people from the tally of humanities FREE WILL CHOICE in selecting and creating its own direction and its own trajectory.
Let’s revisit a second time what Alex Collier said about the Andromedans as concerns the ORION GROUP and why what was happening here on Earth escaped detection for so long – such that it eventually affected the higher dimensions in horrible way!
In the above video Alex Collier states clearly that had TYRANNY not reached upward into the higher levels of the 5th Dimension and started affecting everyone in the entire Galaxy – the higher levels would never have known about what was being done here on 3rd Dimensional Earth.
And THESE are the very beings that are supposed to look out for and watch over the lower dimensional levels and Police them! But, he also adds that the ORION GROUP were using places and spaces BETWEEN levels, realities, and Dimensions to HIDE what they were doing in a very sneaky way.
Thankfully – this will NEVER be allowed to happen again – and the Cosmic Police will now be forbidden from just sitting at the Cosmic Donut Shops all day long without doing their damn jobs.
IN OTHER WORDS – PROTOCOLS WILL BE CHANGED AND COSMIC ASSES WILL BE KICKED
It is for this reason that I can say with a fair amount of certainty (because this kind of activity was always forbidden) that those who appeared to “get away” with this for so long will be PUNISHED. They have to because what they were doing – if it had been found out sooner – would have been stopped immediately.
Thus, they have only increased the level of their own punishment by doing Cosmically forbidden things – and by becoming TRAITORS to their own race and their own planet.
