THE UNITED STATES MILITARY FOUND A WAY TO DECLARE WAR ON INNOCENT PEOPLE

Whether you know it or not – and whether you want to admit it or not, the United States Military (the Deep State portion) has literally declared ALL OUT WAR on individual American human beings.

THIS IS A FACT

Perhaps “WAR” on individual human beings in some outlandish way could be justified if these human beings were heinous criminals – but there is just one problem here…, most (if not all) of these human beings did not do anything “wrong”!

IN OTHER WORDS – THEY ARE INNOCENT

Before we get started – let’s review what Dr. James Giordano tells some WEST POINT CADETS about attacking the human brain. 

He tells them that “war” on other human beings brains and minds is now possible and is being done!   “Neuro-Science” is being funded to study all aspects of the human brain he says – but NOT a word is said about it being funded to help anyone get better or heal faster…

Instead he talks mainly about how the human brain and the human central nervous systems are being studied very deeply at all levels in order to figure out how to ATTACK INDIVIDUAL PEOPLE FOR THE PURPOSES OF WAR.

You see “America” no longer declares WAR on other Countries, on other States, or even on other identifiable groups. 

Instead, the U.S. Military declares ALL OUT WAR on individual people now…, one here and one over there – and when they do, the entire Arsenal of the U.S. Government is used to attack that one human being! 

And the sickest thing about this is that tens of thousands of Government workers, Government contractors, and scientists just don’t give a shit at all!   

I’m telling you that they don’t give a flying f*ck about anyone being attacked with this stuff, even if it’s innocent people.  This scientist below is one of them.  He does not seem to care if innocent people get murdered with the weapons that he has created and developed.

(As long as he gets a paycheck)

This has been happening over the last 40 years at a steadily increasing rate and countless innocent people (who had no knowledge of these weapons and did not give any consent are being subjected to them have been tortured with this technology just to test it. 

MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE HAVE BEEN MURDERED WITH THIS TECHNOLOGY DELIBERATELY JUST TO SEE IF THEY COULD USE IT TO KILL PEOPLE.

Thousands and thousands of innocent people (that were not criminals) had this technology used on them.  They just happened (unfortunately for them) to fit a certain profile or mold that the people who were developing the weapons wanted to use in order to test their weapons.

AGAIN – THE END GOAL OF THE TEST WAS ALWAYS MURDER

Please listen as this moronic egghead GLEEFULLY talks to soldiers about how to attack people INSIDE THEIR BRAINS using such huge words that most of the cadets can’t even comprehend what he’s telling them.

Dr. Robert Duncan who worked as a specialist in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence as a Government Contractor has basically admitted (and eventually wrote an apology to the entire world for what he did)  has said that the United States “Corporate” Government has been experimenting on, torturing, tormenting, abusing, and even killing innocent Americans without telling them anything and basically DECLARING ALL OUT WAR ON EACH AMERICAN INDIVIDUALLY.

Dr. Robert Duncan tells everyone plainly that you can easily pipe “voices” directly into peoples heads and then you can use those voices to either program or MIND CONTROL THEM.  

When he was asked if “images” or “videos” could be pumped into people brains he said “YES THEY CAN” which means that many innocent people have been tormented and tortured with really EVIL images and videos which most people could never imagine.   And it was the Government, the Military, private contractors, agents and yes even cops doing it to them.

SO WHY AM I WRITING THIS ARTICLE – I WANT EVERYONE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD TO KNOW WHO IS DOING THIS FOR ONE REASON…
