You are finally seeing and hearing more and more (from their own mouths) that this technology is real and exists. Then you are going to be given a song and dance routine (a movie show) about how it was absolutely necessary for them to break every law on Earth (and to also break every law in Heaven that protected innocent people like you) just to catch these bad people.
What you will never be told is that the only so called bad people they were looking for were actually very good people that would stand in the way of the New World Order and that everyone else who was actually “bad” would get a pass.
The real truth is that this technology was never developed to catch “bad people” at all – but instead was developed and designed to read everyone’s mind – both honest and criminal people alike – and then to be deployed world wide in order to MIND CONTROL EVERYONE ON EARTH FOR A HANDFUL OF ELITES THAT WANT TO CONTROL THE ENTIRE WORLD!

Even though it is totally ILLEGAL and UNLAWFUL for any military in the world to attack CIVILIANS – the U.S. Military (through D.A.R.P.A.) – has deliberately designed a super advanced and hidden weapons platform capable of attacking innocent civilians in such a way that those civilians would never know where the attacks were coming from.

They then tested it on innocent American civilians and other civilians from around the world for decades literally ruining the lives of millions of test subjects and making sure that these test subjects could never come after them by messing up their brains so badly that they would kill themselves in order to escape the torment (a.k.a. “WALKING THEM TO THEIR DEATHS)

Many of these “test subjects” were chosen at young ages (from as young as five and six years old up to twelve, thirteen, and fourteen years old) and have been the unwilling “targets” of this hidden military technology for their entire life.
Dr. Robert Duncan has made it quite clear that any target that is chosen for the testing of this hidden and exotic weapons platform becomes a TARGET FOR LIFE, which means there is no way out of the program and no way to ever stop the torment or the torture that is continuously being directed at them by wholly evil military contractors and satanic leaning humans (even if the testing was started when they were only a child 50 years ago).
Some of the test subjects (like myself) who have been experiencing the testing, the torment, and the torture from a very early age are still alive today and were never able to be convinced to commit suicide.
